In recent years, North Carolina has been fortunate enough to be selected as the location for many new high profile data centers the likes of Google, Apple, Facebook, Disney, AT&T and others. This has put North Carolina “on the map” with corporations as a place to consider in locating a new Data Center. As a result, I have participated in many site searches for clients considering the Carolinas as a location for their mission critical facility and have seen what is consistently most important to them during the search…

Interestingly, each of these common considerations does not carry the same weight with each client. What may be a site’s downfall with one user may not concern another user at all.
